We are a grass roots company based in the heart of Liverpool. Our vision is to tackle social deprivation and the inter-generational cycle of unemployment. Our mission is to raise aspirations and bring about lasting change. We believe that all individuals are unique and powerful and wonderfully made. It is our desire to work with unemployed adults across the region to inspire them to see their unique abilities and potential and fulfil their dreams. We want to transform individuals, families and communities by increasing economic well-being. The dream is to empower individuals to make positive changes to overcome barriers especially in areas relating to their mental well-being. So all can life a life of true potential

About Us
Staff at Powerfull beyond all measure have 10 years experience of intensive mentoring, working within local communities to develop skills, raise aspirations and deliver employability programmes with a range pf participants. We are passionate about change, we believe in people and are fully committed to supporting them to reach their true potential. We care about people and work in a person centred style recognising each person we work with as an individual. Our focus is to bring about lasting change we don't want to be a short term solution to a long term problem but to work with individuals and groups to ensure that log term and sustainable changes are made which will enhance well-being and employability. We are inspired by the words by Marianne Williamson - Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate our deepest fear is that we are powerfull beyond all measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
